About Me

My name is Murtaza Noman. I have been helping clients with their real estate goals and transactions, for the better part of the last decade. I have been blessed with clients from all over the province of Ontario. I am eternally grateful for their confidence, and trust. I  continually strive to provide an elite brand of service, and to provide superior level of knowledge and expertise which forms the basis of all decision making. My goal remains to provide the navigational backing, for each of my clients, and catering to their needs and requirements, by providing knowledge, advice, and guidance.

Sincere and diligent service is the cornerstone of my practice. It is pivotal and of utmost the importance that each client of mine, receives the care and careful consideration of all their requirements. After almost a decade of experience in the real estate industry, with a university degree from York University, I have firmly recognized the need to place client’s needs and expectations, above mine own and cater to all their expectations.

This results in creating flexibility in my own schedule to prioritize theirs for property viewings. It is critical I arm each of my clients with the best possible knowledge of each property under consideration; geographical location, surroundings, price, history, past sales data, condition, survey considerations, comparable and other significant and pertaining information.

My mission in doing so is to allow my clients to become knowledgeable to the extent to which the official process of selling and buying becomes a collaborative approach to securing the best deal possible.

I do take great pride in being available to my clients around the clock, and to go through all necessary steps together and be a sound advisor for critical decision making. Along with the backing, resources and knowledgeable staff at my brokerage, Homelife Landmark, I have grown confident and self-assured that I can help navigate and assist clients through all different types of residential, commercial and investment real estate transactions. In my spare time, I value the impact of sports in my life, and actively seek out competitive game play in cricket, squash and basketball. I do genuinely also love the outdoors, nature, exploring new places and spending priceless time on the water.

With time and experience, I have been able to navigate the countless number of properties on the market, along with constantly arriving new builds and pre-construction projects that routinely flood the market, and provide my clients the most appropriate advice and guidance on which perhaps would be the best fit for their satisfaction.

I do aim to please as far as my clients are concerned and do absolutely adore all my clients over the years who have trusted me with their business, and who continue to refer my services to their sphere of influence. Dollar amount per square footage price in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) specifically, Toronto, Regions of York, Peel and Durham continue to escalate and entering the market has become competitive.
